Lucky 13! The final installment of this semester’s 12 Second Tech Challenges focuses on a very useful tool, the Google Forms tool.

You will need to create a Google account, if you don’t already have one (and you really should). The video below shows you how it works. You could create a student or parent survey, an online test/quiz, or whatever. Be sure to share the link to the survey in your comment. (I will give you 2 credits for this if you actually administer it!)

This is my first feeble attempt. It was a little confusing this first time, but I will work more with it. I really think this will be a useful tool. I would like to set up an on line ‘job application’ for my students to use next year! I can’t wait to get started on it!

I embedded the feedback survey to my website, but I haven’t been able to get it to come up yet (google is kind of slow today – probably all your 12 sec. traffic!). Anyway – it’s on there – right above the lesson plans. I’m going to have my kids fill it out in class next week. Gimme my 2 points – woot, woot!

I have been having trouble on my machine just to get Google to come up. I was going to try and send you the Google link directly, but I can’t get Google loaded for some reason.

It’s all good now, Randy. I was silly and in a hurry and I clicked on “embed”, rather than “link”, I think. Anyway, I have it on my website now and it’s working fine. I even took it myself to see how the results come in.
btw – this is technology week for me – using CPS tomorrow, laptops Weds/Thurs (including taking survey), and watching DVD on Friday. Stop by and see us, if you like – mornings are a good time.
